A big shout out to the dance gals!

Yakitori's street jazz class is starting on Saturday and I wanted to give it a miss because I didn't want to get my mom to pay for it. It's $100 for 10 sessions, which, by the way, is really reasonable. But the glas, being their sweet selves, decided to help me out by sponsoring a big part of the dance fees! Praise God! Karen gave me the good news last Sunday!

Thank you thank you In Motion! Thank you for your big hearts!

In other news.....

Go Fest Asia

I went for a YWAM Associates event yesterday, in conjuction with Go Fest 2006, which is happening in June. This time round, there'll be 4000 delegates coming together from all over the world and being sent, straight from the lil island of Singapore to 15 countries in Asia! Go Fest going to be joined by Arise!, which instils in children and youths a heart for the lost, equip them to share and be a blessing and send them out in God's love.
Which means, not only are adults and families sent to the nations, children and youths are going to be sent as well! It's really exciting to hear Daphne Kirk share about how children's prayers can be specific and powerful. How children as young as 7 can be church-planters, and how they can be praying in the Holy Spirit, crying out to God, feeling His love and compassion for His lost sheep.

It is time for the Jacob generation to rise up!!

Went for drinks with Alisa, Saion and his friend Ian after. We bought drinks from 7-11 and headed to the Esplanade to chill. It was really fun!
Ian's an Associate Pastor at Brighton Community Church.. and he's only my age! He's quite a character and really has a huge heart for youths.
We hung out till about 4am before we oldies head home.

Okie.. pictures from Christmas my 56k modem is able to download so far...
No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you... I said 56k .. Sigh..
